libglfw3 software package provides portable library for OpenGL, window and input (libraries), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libglfw3
libglfw3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libglfw3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libglfw3 *
You will get with libglfw3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
